The webinar integration
your Brevo is missing.
Run personal sales webinars on Zoom Meetings — and let every signal land in Brevo. Registrations become contacts. Behavior becomes events and segments. Follow-up runs in the Brevo automations you already have.

Not just contacts. Behavior.
Plenty of tools copy a registration form into a contact list. The point of ManyMeet is what happens after someone joins your Zoom Meeting.
-
01Registrations → Brevo contacts
Every webinar registration is synced as a Brevo contact. No CSV juggling, no duplicate lists — your webinar audience and your email audience are the same people, in one place.
-
02Webinar behavior → Brevo events
Attended, stayed past your offer, left early, never showed up — ManyMeet pushes these as events into Brevo, where they're usable in segments and marketing automation conditions.
-
03Segments → your Brevo automations
The moment the session ends, participants are segmented by what they actually did — and your Brevo workflows take over: book-a-call for hot leads, objection-handler for early leavers, replay for no-shows.
A contact sync moves names. ManyMeet moves intent.
Generic Zoom-to-Brevo connectors copy registration data — useful, but it tells you nothing about who is ready to buy. A no-show and someone who watched 90 minutes and asked three questions look identical in a plain contact list.
ManyMeet is webinar infrastructure, not a pipe: registration pages, reminder emails, live join tracking, per-participant duration, a retention curve against your offer moment, and recording playback with a synced transcript. All of it feeds Brevo, so the intelligence ends up where your follow-up actually runs.
The affordable stack, completed.
You chose Brevo because it does serious email marketing and CRM without enterprise pricing. You run webinars on Zoom Meetings because it's the meeting room you already pay for — personal, interactive, faces visible. That's the affordable stack.
What's been missing between them is the webinar logic: registration, reminders, behavior tracking, segmented follow-up. Corporate webinar platforms sell you that for $79–$340 a month — plus another contact database to maintain. ManyMeet adds the missing layer for a per-join price and keeps Brevo as the single source of truth.
We build for Brevo users — including the free stuff.
Because ManyMeet works with Brevo data every day, we've built tooling that's useful even if you never run a webinar.
Reasonable questions.
Is this an official Brevo integration?
ManyMeet is an independent product built on Brevo's public API. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Brevo. We're committed to the Brevo ecosystem — it's our first-class and primary integration — and we're working toward an official listing.
Do I need Zoom Webinars, the paid add-on?
No — and that's the point. ManyMeet works with ordinary Zoom Meetings, the ones included in the Zoom plan you already have. Personal sales webinars convert better as real meetings anyway: faces visible, chat active, questions live.
What exactly does ManyMeet write into my Brevo account?
Contacts (from webinar registrations), events (webinar behavior, usable in automations), and tags/segment membership. You connect via OAuth, you see what syncs, and disconnecting leaves your Brevo data intact.
Which Brevo plan do I need?
ManyMeet works with regular Brevo accounts. To trigger automated follow-up sequences from webinar behavior you'll want a Brevo plan that includes marketing automation.
Your Brevo already knows how to follow up. Give it webinar behavior to work with.
