Last updated: February 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ManyMeet, a webinar workflow service operated by blue media labs GmbH ("we", "us", "our").

1. Service description

ManyMeet automates webinar workflows by connecting your Zoom Meetings account with Brevo email marketing. The service provides:

  • Automated creation and management of Zoom meetings with registration
  • Registrant synchronization between Zoom and Brevo
  • Configurable email sequences (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups)
  • Attendee tracking, no-show detection, and post-webinar automation

2. Account and access

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and connected services (Zoom, Brevo).
  • You may grant access to your host account to other ManyMeet users with defined roles (owner, admin, observer).

3. Your responsibilities

  • You must have an active Zoom account to use ManyMeet's Zoom integration features. You must maintain valid Zoom and Brevo accounts with appropriate subscription levels for your usage.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your webinar registrants have given appropriate consent for email communication, in compliance with applicable laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
  • You must not use ManyMeet to send unsolicited communications or for any unlawful purpose.
  • You are the data controller for your webinar registrants. ManyMeet processes registrant data on your behalf as a data processor.

4. Third-party services

ManyMeet integrates with third-party services (Zoom, Brevo). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:

  • Zoom Terms of Service
  • Brevo Terms of Service

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services. Changes to third-party APIs or terms may affect ManyMeet functionality.

5. Data ownership

  • You retain ownership of all your data, including webinar content, registrant information, and email templates.
  • We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
  • We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the service.

6. Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep ManyMeet available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service depends on third-party infrastructure (Google Cloud, Zoom API, Brevo API) that is outside our direct control.

We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime when possible.

7. Support

We provide support via email at marco@bluemedialabs.com during business hours (CET, Monday–Friday). We aim to respond to support requests within 2 business days. Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and does not include a guaranteed service level agreement (SLA).

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • ManyMeet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for actions taken by Zoom, Brevo, or other third-party services, including API changes, outages, or policy changes.

9. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at marco@bluemedialabs.com.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
  • Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
  • Termination does not affect your Zoom or Brevo accounts, which remain under your control.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Hannover, Germany have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these Terms.
