Connecting Zoom and ManyMeet
ManyMeet connects to your Zoom account to create meetings, manage registrations, and track attendance — so you can run lead-generation webinars using Zoom Meetings.
This guide covers:
- Adding ManyMeet to your Zoom account
- What ManyMeet can and cannot do
- Using ManyMeet with Zoom
- Disconnecting ManyMeet from Zoom
- Fully removing ManyMeet
Adding ManyMeet to Your Zoom Account
There are two ways to connect:
From within ManyMeet (most common)
- Log in to your ManyMeet account.
- Go to your Host settings.
- Click Connect Zoom.
- Zoom opens and asks you to authorize ManyMeet. Review the permissions and click Allow.
- You are redirected back to ManyMeet. Your Zoom account is now connected.
From the Zoom Marketplace
- Find ManyMeet on the Zoom App Marketplace and click Add.
- Zoom asks you to authorize ManyMeet. Review the permissions and click Allow.
- You are redirected to ManyMeet. If you already have an account, log in and select which Host to connect. If you are new, create an account — it takes a few seconds.
Both methods use the same Zoom OAuth authorization. The result is identical.
What ManyMeet Can and Cannot Do
When you authorize ManyMeet, you grant the following permissions:
- Create and manage meetings — ManyMeet creates Zoom Meetings for your webinar runs and can delete them when a run is removed.
- Read meeting details — ManyMeet reads meeting information such as topic, time, and join URL.
- Manage registrants — ManyMeet registers contacts in your Zoom Meeting and reads the registrant list.
- Read your user profile — ManyMeet reads your Zoom email address to verify the connection.
ManyMeet cannot:
- access your Zoom account settings or billing
- join or start meetings on your behalf
- access meetings not created through ManyMeet
- read chat messages or meeting content
- share your Zoom data with third parties
Using ManyMeet with Zoom
Once connected, ManyMeet works with Zoom automatically:
- Creating webinar runs: When you schedule a new run, ManyMeet creates a Zoom Meeting with the right settings (registration required, auto-approve, etc.).
- Registrations: Contacts who register through your Brevo forms are automatically added to the Zoom Meeting as registrants.
- Attendance tracking: ManyMeet receives Zoom webhook events when participants join, leave, or miss the meeting — and syncs this data to Brevo and Google Sheets.
- No-show detection: When a meeting ends, ManyMeet identifies registrants who did not attend and triggers follow-up workflows.
You continue to host and run your meetings in Zoom as usual. ManyMeet handles the workflow around them.
Disconnecting ManyMeet from Zoom
You can disconnect ManyMeet from your Zoom account at any time.
From within ManyMeet
- Log in to your ManyMeet account.
- Go to your Host settings.
- Click Disconnect Zoom.
This immediately revokes ManyMeet's access to your Zoom account. Your Zoom meetings and data remain unchanged in Zoom — ManyMeet simply loses the ability to interact with them.
From Zoom directly
- Go to the Zoom App Marketplace.
- Click Manage → Added Apps.
- Find ManyMeet and click Remove.
When you remove ManyMeet from Zoom, ManyMeet is automatically notified and clears all stored Zoom tokens and connection data for your account.
Fully Removing ManyMeet
To completely remove ManyMeet and all associated data:
- Disconnect Zoom using either method described above.
- Delete your ManyMeet account from the Settings page inside ManyMeet. This permanently deletes your account, hosts, webinars, and all associated data.
What data is deleted
- Your Zoom OAuth tokens (access token, refresh token)
- Your Zoom email address and account ID stored in ManyMeet
- All webinar, run, and registration data associated with your hosts
Zoom Meetings you created through ManyMeet remain in your Zoom account — ManyMeet does not delete them when you disconnect. You can manage or remove them from Zoom directly.
